Migrate to Production

Please complete the below tasks prior to taking your API integration live.

Requirements

• Develop API integration in the playground environment
• Incorporate approved Carta branding assets into your app if it is externally-facing
• Document your integration rollout plan and expected API traffic
• Record a demo of the full integration flow and end-user experience

Ready for production?

Please do the following:

1. Promote your playground app to production in the Developer Portal. To do so, navigate to the My Apps tab and click on Actions, Promote to production. Make any updates needed for production and click Submit
2. Fill out and submit this form

Upon review and sign-off of your submission, our team will approve your production application. Note that given the high volume of submissions, this process may take us 1-2 weeks.

Once you have production access, we suggest doing a small round of internal testing & validation in the production environment to confirm that your integration works as expected before fully going live.
