Retrieve an investor's stakeholder capitalization table.

Using the same company ID as the capitalization table ID will return the primary capitalization table.The primary capitalization table is the capitalization table administered by the company.

Retrieve stakeholder capitalization table state as of given asOfDate, specified as an ISO-8601 calendar date in the format of 'YYYY-MM-DD'.
