Create a Draft Option Grant

Create a draft option grant.

A draft option grant is an option grant that is either still being finalized or that has not yet received board consent and approval.

The identifier of the issuer of the grant.

The identifier of the draft option grant set will contain the draft option grant.
The “LATEST” string can be used as an draft_option_grant_set_id in case you don’t want to pin a specific draft option grant set.
By using LATEST, it will look for the most recently created draft option grant set for the issuer, and create the draft option grant in that set.
If no draft option grant set exists, it will create a new draft option grant set and use it.
