Capital-call and distribution ledger for one investor

Every released capital call and distribution the LP appears on, across all of the firm's funds, fetched live from Fund Admin. One call covers the whole ledger — there is no pagination or filtering. Unreleased drafts are never returned. An investor with no Fund Admin partner group, or whose funds do not have capital activity enabled, returns an empty list rather than erroring. Requires the organization to have the Carta integration enabled.
