Get Stats Across Email Campaigns

GET 
/v1/email-campaigns/stats

Adds the recipient counts of several sent campaigns together and computes the rates over the total. A person who received two of them and opened both is two opens — each send is its own opportunity, so the rates stay meaningful. Campaigns still in draft contribute nothing and are left out of the campaignIds echoed back.
